Daily Duties at Time Inc.:
Provided leadership and direction to all facets of client services, including help desk, desk-side support, training, desktop engineering, end user administration, and equipment life cycle management. Actively engaged in engineering and support of the global messaging infrastructure (Microsoft Exchange) and editorial product application development. Spearheaded all technology implementation and support initiatives. Leveraged remarkable business acumen to develop cost-efficient solutions to allow clients to meet business goals.
