Daily Duties at Jeg Urban Planning Associates:

As a Senior Project Manager and later a Consultant with JEG, I was responsible for developing creative and original strategic planning solutions. I lead project teams for site development and property management. This included consulting with stakeholders and other interested parties and negotiating with developers, engineering professionals(civil), contractors and government agencies. My duties also included assessing planning applications and enforcing and monitoring project outcomes as necessary; I took ownership over all entitlement activities; researching and designing planning policies to guide development; as well as researching and analyzing data to help inform strategic developments
