Daily Duties at Auburn Development Group:

As Director of Acquisitions I was responsible for all site acquisition activities, providing site control necessary to fulfill the proposed development projects needs on an ongoing basis. I was also tasked with the management of two commercial properties and two residential properties. Key Accomplishments: I negotiated and acquired more than 150 real estate parcels. I also successfully secured $20 million in grants for project financing.
