Daily Duties at Siemens:

As the Global Operations Manager, I was charged with the overall management and performance of all properties within the business unit. Specifically, I was responsible for the day to day management of Siemens Audiologische Technik’s Regional Headquarters in Germany, I also provided senior oversight for all corporate campuses and manufacturing facilities and retail sites globally. Additionally, I served as a member of the corporate real estate development team where I reviewed site acquisition and development opportunities and managed the development of new properties. As EH&S Officer I was tasked by the Sector CEO to coordinate the implementation of EHS legal and internal (Corporate, Healthcare and H AU requirements) globally. EHS Includes environmental protection, occupational health and safety, fire protection, laser safety, non-ionizing radiation and hazardous materials transportation. I was responsible for the global implementation of the Healthcare EHS Management System, and establishing processes and controls to meet current and potential site- and product-related compliance requirements and Siemens internal rules. As EHS Officer I was also tasked to participate with the site development team in an effort to develop eco-friendly operations to reduce the businesses environmental impact.
