Daily Duties at Johnson Controls Gws:
As Regional Operations Manager I am responsible for the performance and profitability of all client sites within the southern half of Germany, as well as a number of key customer sites within the northern half of Germany and the EMEA Region. As Operations Manager, I direct and coordinate the daily operations of customer sites within my region. Provide leadership and development to supervisory staff. Ensure that all policies and procedures of Johnson Controls GWS are understood and followed. Actively participate in long and short term planning for sites and I have direct responsibility for creating and managing a positive customer experience for internal and external customers/consumers. As Regional Operations Manager I am also responsible for monitoring industry trends, government regulations, and I consult with other internal departments as needed. This position interfaces directly with the global account management team. I also serve as the lead Quality Manager for the country.
