I was asked by senior company management to transfer to another Lockheed Martin company to work program management in support of a $2.8 billion program involving the refurbishment of the U-2 and F117A aircraft systems. I had a number of direct employees and oversight for other individuals from different departments who supported the program. I analyzed and evaluated the effectiveness of the program and the operations involved. I was also responsible for prioritizing assignments and tasks to ensure that the different departments were providing support per program requirements. I prepared and provided program briefings to upper government and senior company managements regarding program status.
