Daily Duties at Dream Catcher / Quintess:

Responsible for managing all of the accounting, reporting, and payroll functions for one of the fastest growing Premier Destination Clubs. Instrumental in designing the accounting, internal controls, and human resource functions of this startup organization. Responsible for Consolidation of all house and management entities (16). Successfully converted all computerized accounting functions from Peachtree to Great Plains, which enabled the company to report on each entity separately and on a consolidated basis with FRx reports. Allowed growth to over 100 members and 20 homes under management with no increase in accounting staff. Revenues of 30 million. Team member in the merger of Dream Catcher and Quintess and the migration of Quintess from Quickbooks to Microsoft Dynamics GP.
