Daily Duties at Medical Group Management Association:
Responsible for overall management and integrity of the Associations’ financial information and systems. This includes departmental staffing, financial reporting, financial policies and procedures. Revenues of 15 million. Performed the Consolidation of four entities of MGMA and the two entities of American College of Management Professional Executives and the Scholarship Fund using Microsoft Dynamics GP. Team member on interdepartmental projects and as resource in the provision and analysis of financial data and training for non accounting staff. Liaison with independent accountants during the annual audit, bankers, and attorneys.
