Guided accounting and finance functions for 65 limited partner outpatient surgical centers along the East coast of the US. Directly involved in general partner and limited partnership relationships. Ensured accuracy and timely presentation of all accounting reports and analysis. Orchestrated the preparation of yearly budget files for all centers. Supervised, organized and trained corporate accounting staff. Trained all surgical center personnel of 65 locations in management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets management, sales tax, escheat, Excel tips and tricks, HOST systems, segregation of duties and audit information. Regional Fixed Asset Manager responsible for acquisitions, tracking, and asset depreciation for all 65 locations.
