Daily Duties at Ibus Management & Development, Inc.:
Head of US asset management operations. • Manage portfolio of real estate investments in office, apartment, land and developmental properties. Total portfolio value between $150 and $250 Million. • Review and approve annual operating and capital improvement budgets, income objectives and leasing parameters. Monitor marketing efforts and analyze new leases or other income generating transactions. Review each asset’s financial performance as compared to budget and/or forecast on a quarterly and annual basis. • Prepare annual US operating budget, process vendor payments and payroll, maintain corporate filings for investment funds, and review banking transactions for 25 accounts. • Represent IBUS in the real estate community through attendance at various events and contacts. • Prepare reports to investors twice yearly, including comment on audited statements, US and local market outlook, property performance and expectations for future performance. Prepare and deliver investor presentations at annual meetings in Amsterdam.
