Complete design of low drop out linear regulator using 28 nm CMOS HPP technology. Physical Layout of the complete circuit with pre and post parasitic extractions. Design, layout and silicon testing of high bandwidth and high power supply rejection low drop out linear regulators for 5 GHz inverter based ring oscillators.
