Sales Leadership and Talent Development • Grew sales over 20% year over year, while category grew at 7% - over 100% to plan • High retention and boosted talent pool with several representatives promoted into leadership. • Designed, developed, delivered sales and people development programs to field force of 20 Dermatology Sales representatives, six managers and regional trainers: o Instituted a Hiring Recruiting Platform (STAR Method and Questionnaire metric platform) o Implemented New Hire Representative and Management Training Onboarding programs o Launched CRM Salesforce for sales call reporting, pharmacy sales, sample inventory etc. o Implemented On-line Learning Module System for Brand, Product Knowledge, Disease State etc. o Executed Performance Management Training and Career Path Program for sales representatives and management focused on delivering value and profitable growth (field coaching, competency evaluator, leadership behaviors) o Implement and align with Sales Operations regarding programs to increase sell into major drugstore retailers – CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid; Mass – Target and ULTA. Launched Dermatology Sales Division with the newly approved FDA sun care product (Anthelios) in the Dermatology arena. • Developed, designed, hired, trained and executed 11 key US target markets with field team. Formatted territories and tiered Dermatologist and Pharmacies to reach and exceed sales revenue goals for the clinical line of LRP products. • Initiate and orchestrate new direction and channels based on new, emerging opportunities and targeted business plans to focus on KOL, Dermatology Residency programs.
