Daily Duties at Kmpg :
• Performed various assignments on the consolidated audit of SEC clients resulting in SEC reporting experience (10-Q, 10-K, Focus, 15C3-1, 15C3-3). Primary clients included Citicorp, SG Cowen, various broker dealers; Ryder International, Alamo Rent-a-Car. • Senior In-Charge responsibilities covering the areas of Corporate Finance & Portfolio and Emerging Markets of Citicorp and assisted in the preparation and completion of the annual report and proxy. • Assisted in Forensics assignment for SEC fraud case in NY state. • Involved in client-assist project for Citicorp; performed control test procedures based on control points identified in the Self Assessment/FDICIA process for Citibank's Global Relationship Banking. • Chase Manhattan/Chemical Bank Merger - Assisted in training, including the development of training materials, of twenty consultants added to team. Managed several consultants' workflow, documenting progress and reporting results to managers and partners.
