Financial Controller for European business ensuring accurate monthly reporting and adhering to all regulatory reporting requirements as they evolved in a new economic environment. • Coordinated with the Business Head, Business Manager and Finance to ensure changes in industry practices and accounting policies relevant to the Business were incorporated. • Supported business through planning/forecasting cycle and point of contact for firm wide IB Planning and Analysis. Duties encompassed tracking and reporting Investments and Productivity. • Demonstrated management skills while overseeing Management Reporting systems, IB wide Control programs, and Initiatives which effect business. • Initiated new processes as required supporting business developments. Performed tasks as the Key Liaison with Accounting Policy, Legal Entity Controllers, and external auditors. • Managed relationship and daily tasks of the offshore Management reporting team, signed off all reports prior to distribution, and edited reports as to support the Management team.
