Key member to develop new Quality Assurance function in conjunction with London and Tokyo teams • Responsible for implementing increased balance sheet control and accountability within the Equity products group • Assumed responsibility for review of the month end substantiation for the Equity products against Corporate Guidelines, identifying weaknesses and control gaps, to prevent write offs and profit loss. • Implement consistency in the balance sheet substantiation process and reconciliation reporting. • Manage weekly/monthly senior business management meetings to discuss issues, control gaps, economic impact and resolution plan
