Presented estimates to the Board of Directors, and coordinating with Finance and Treasury. • Reviewed and analyzed the balance sheets of 1,500 US legal entities to identify potential dissolution. • Prepared dissolution documents and presented proposals for dissolution to the Legal Entity Simplification Team. • Coordinated with the Europe and Asia teams to dissolve entities with intercompany balances.
