Significant Accomplishments: Assisted in the development of the clinic’s first five year strategic plan Developed relationships with individual insurance carriers to optimize contract negations and management of existing contracts. Significantly increased growth through the addition of new physician specialties Implemented a practice management information system Captured maximum results and dollars through meaningful use programs Improved profit and reduced overhead Significantly reduced A/R through improved cash collections programs Assisted with Board governance Significantly improved employee morale Acquired physician practices Implemented new satellite offices Managed in excess of 100 employees (includes remote and contracted employees). Developed Human Resource policies and procedures for conduct, training, mentoring, monitoring and termination. Process payroll for physicians and staff
