Daily Duties at Nautic Global Group:

Recruited to the leadership to leverage industry expertise and insight gained over 20 years of involvement in the industry. Trusted and tasked with accelerating growth, enhancing the firm’s relationships with dealers and the industry, and acting as change catalyst for sales & marketing. • Expanded the number of dealers in global markets by adding 105 new dealer partners, many with multiple locations. • Led the company’s priority #1 effort to comprehensively reenergize and refocus the efforts of the entire sales and marketing team to better focus on each brand, each brand’s dealers and redefine effective brand positioning. • Reduced sales head count by 10%, effectively saving the company $450K in annual labor costs. • Led a total redesign and relaunch of the PartiKraft pontoon brand. • Split PartiKraft and PolarKraft into standalone brands to build incremental distribution and sales; realized 12MR Revenues in August 2011 of $120.4M and 12MR Revenues in May 2014 of $248.5M. • Mentored the marketing group to become more sales focused through the development of true sales tools including Build-a-Boat, pricing formatting, software programs, and boat show investments leveraging strategic dealerships. • Instituted ROI tracking on all marketing efforts, thus reducing spend by at least $2M.
