Daily Duties at Udr:
Responsible for assisting in and supporting the development and implementation of community marketing, leasing strategies, and activities for communities within a portfolio of approximately 15,000 units in markets throughout Texas, Arkansas and Colorado. Developed and initiated solutions resulting in improved community performance and occupancy through hands on training in the field. Mentored and coordinated a team of trainers to teach UDR’s “Best of Best Orientation and Leasing Program”. Evaluated leasing and renewal procedures and processes, and made recommendations for enhancements and improvements that helped increase occupancy and reduce resident turnover. Introduced and promoted the use of state-of-the-art marketing and leasing techniques, including Internet and website advertising, outreach marketing strategies, and progressive sales methods. Coordinated all marketing contracts and purchasing for UDR – Area 6 (Houston, Dallas, Austin, Denver, Little Rock, and Memphis). Area 6 also included Phoenix, Nashville and Atlanta at different periods. Develop content, prepare materials and coordinate all Area 6 Community Director Meetings.
