Daily Duties at Riverstone Residential Group:

Director of Compliance: Responsible for ensuring lease contracts are compliant with regulatory requirements and updated contracts are utilized throughout the company. This position was also responsible for ensuring the company’s National Practices (policies & procedures) were updated and communicated consistently to all associates. Director of Education: Responsible for education of associates in areas specific to property management of apartment homes. Oversight of a regional trainer and regions of Texas, Colorado, Missouri, Illinois, Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma supporting almost 50,000 units and 150 properties. Responsible for creating, revising, and implementing new education programs with the primary purpose of creating customer value and increasing net operating income.
