Began as a project engineer with responsibilities for engineering, safety, budgeting, cost estimating and proposal writing, mine planning, business development and site management for 4-operations in Idaho, Utah and Montana. Promoted to lead cost estimator responsible for the development of cost estimates for contract work and budgets for existing projects. Promoted to mine manager for the Absoloka coal mine near Billings, MT.
