Daily Duties at Frontenac Bank:
Analysis of Commercial Real Estate transactions which includes: vacancy rates, rent rolls, calculation of net operating income, projection of NOI, and income producing property cash flow projections. Problem solve on a quarterly basis by researching and writing watch list credit memorandums to ensure problem loans are in fact improving and, if not, work with senior management to see what actions were available to the bank to aid in improving the situation. Effectively communicate with Loan Officers to ensure ROA and ROE on loans and with both associates and outside accountants to accomplish this task.
