Daily Duties at Clin Force, Inc.:
• Fully responsible for maintaining proprietary company database • Manager to one part-time employee • Running and circulating reports • Administrative support to recruiters and manager • Operations support to branch and division • Help and troubleshooting on office machines, hardware, software and network for entire branch staff • Training staff • Maintaining phone system • Purchasing • Liaison between branch and vendors as well as divisional departments • Complete workstation set up for new employees • Played an integral role in design and implementation of a proprietary MS Access database
