Daily Duties at Clin Force, Inc.:
• Database system administration including system management, queries and reporting • Metrics and forecasting reporting for various business functions • Played an integral role in a database design and migration from TempWare V to PeopleSoft 8.9 • End user training on database and all software packages used • Technical support, assistance and troubleshooting on software, hardware and office equipment for all employees in multiple locations • Liaison to corporate IS/IT • Facility maintenance for multiple offices including client outsource groups • Office moves, start-ups and outsource groups • Vendor selection and management
