Daily Duties at Novartis Animal Health:

Lead team of up to 5 employees in quality management for third-party product manufacturing contractors. Complete risk assessments, out-of-specification investigations, and internal/external audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Analyze contractors to facilitate optimum product development, testing, and distribution. Establish and oversee quality agreements, tracking and resolving complaints. Approve CAPAs and production/packaging changes. Conduct product and batch record reviews with optimum speed and accuracy. Cultivate internal/external relationships and allocate resources across departments. Administer SOPs and KPIs. Led quality function for relaunch of Sentinel brand following 2 years of unavailability and of Clomicalm and Deramaxx brands after 1 year.
