Led effective R&D initiatives while implementing latest technology developments to increase market share. Streamlined global service and field deployment processes and procedures. Served as liaison between operations, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain units to strategically allocate company resources, reducing cost and delivery time while improving quality across the product line. Developed and implemented training programs for international field operations personnel.
