built a team of four production designers, trafficked all production work, review all mechanical art files, manage and mentor my team, source appropriate print vendors for jobs and get print estimates, source branded promotional materials for clients, sourced large format and event environment materials for clients, estimated work for budgets, built and maintained the studios paper and print library, mentored young designers on specifying paper, attended press checks, created mechanical art files and delivered to clients, managed vendor relationships
