As Senior Project Manager, I managed a team that integrated “Meta Vance”, with CRM and EMR/HER interfaces. Developed and implemented HIE, on-boarded physicians, physician organizations and staffing of vendors, modified dental policy application to reformat the layout from 710 to 2000 characters to out in notes. Developed custom tools to do visual analysis for patient care. At General Motors, was deputed to Europe as project manager for the Global Sales and Service Marketing (GSSM) group, to coordinate and develop an integrated schedule for multiple work efforts, order / sales workbench, portal, delegated security and GM’s entire hosting environment in Europe which was to be implemented in less than a year. I served as a member of the project management advisory committee. Was a single point of contact for scheduling. Led Change advisory board (CAB) meetings with department executives to review project status and proposed changes.
