Daily Duties at Te Ksystems Llc:
Assist the Project Manager for Exelon’s Win7 network migrations from WinXP in PA, NJ, DE, MD, and IL. Assist Project Manager with supervision and coordinating Technician teams (6 teams of 8 personnel) in the field. Maintain a Bridge Line (open phone line) for technical, source of information and check in/check out procedures. Maintain communication with technical teams via Bridge Line, cell phone, email and text. Report the progress of each team throughout the day to the Project Manager and other managers. Report personnel conflict/conflict resolution to the PM and chain of command. Generate operational updates and progress reports. Verify technician timecard and timesheet for accuracy. Attend online/bridge line operations meetings. Conduct and provide input for new technician interviews. Help Team Leaders with any issue that may arise and inform managers as appropriate. Schedule and arrange hotel and rental car for traveling technicians. Very familiar with all MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PPT.
