Daily Duties at Engineering Services Group:

Assist the project manager by collecting and building briefs for manned ISR aircraft missions in support of Department of Defense objectives. Collect information from client/customer and build PPT briefs for two 4 person teams (2 pilots, 1 FMV, and 1 Radar operators). Manage missions while being performed and communicate with the customer by radio, e-mail, phone or chat. Provide end of mission matrix and other relevant information to the project manager. Provide leadership and ensure team members turn in required deliverables.
