Daily Duties at Platinum Vision:
As CRM Manager, I managed all IT related services of Platinum Vision (PV) and its clients; this included business development, architectural design and application support in the health care and entertainment industry. Led teams to integrate and implement CRM+ package in less than 3 months. Coordinated with business clients and technical teams to develop the integrated systems with the CRM + and electronic health record (EHR) cloud based application for patient-centered care, membership and billing. Ensured all data requirements for ICD9 diagnostic and procedure codes were captured. Managed workflows to align business process with medical claims processing (claims submission, cash posting, EDI) and A/R management). Developed and streamlined business processes and structures for the organization to ensure quality products and timely output. Managed and strengthened relationship with suppliers
