Led strategic and annual planning, program development, resource acquisition, and finance/human resources systems for the largest USO chapter in the world serving military in DC, MD and VA. Developed and managed partnerships with board of directors, corporate, military and community leaders. Supervised 31 staff in 11 facilities executing over 3,000 programs annually. Established and directed program evaluation, volunteer recruitment and recognition programs.
