Daily Duties at Chrysler Llc:
Managed the Security, Fire, and Safety (OSHA) Function for over 3,500 employees ranging from line-workers to close protection of C-Suite personnel at Chrysler Headquarters, Plymouth Office Road Complex unit, and four additional locations. Responsible for scheduling, personnel issue resolution, staffing, employee relations, performance management, new staff orientation, project management, program development, EEOC guidelines, and company HR / LR policy compliance.
