• Served as Managing Director / Business Leader for Aon’s Global Health Safety Security- Crisis Operation Centers, located in Chicago US and Johannesburg ZA. • Led current/future operational planning for a multidisciplinary directorate including: internal/client logistical management, security cooperation, exercise development, critical operations, and information management/technology/knowledge management. • Directed existing and future client development needs in the United States and abroad; lead sales initiatives in the United States by meeting with senior leadership of organizations, educating them through live demonstrations of critical incident exercises and expertise. • Managed senior client relationships, traveling to joint venture partners (United States, Canada, Europe, and South Africa) to ensure compliance to our platform requirements and productivity establishing a direct contact with their sales and marketing teams to develop internal QA-Compliance.
