Daily Duties at Part Lastic Industrial Group:

-Team leader for establishment of ISO9001:2008 and HACCP -Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance Inspect incoming raw materials and approve/disapprove their release -Provide inspection plans, and technical support during for each activity starting from design and mass production. -Monitoring and auditing of products to ensure high standards of quality, Monitor and identify all NCR’s, CAR’s. -Identify training needs and recommendations to improve customer experience -Implement and maintain the Company Quality Manual and Quality plan -Expert in problem solving (8D), corrective action and preventive action methodology including 5 why, Fish bone diagram, Pareto, SPC -Keeping quality documentation up to date. -Making sure that all QA records, data & information are available to managers. -Arranging the repair of any QA / related equipment that is malfunctioning. -Ensuring non-conforming products are identified and placed on restriction. -Responsible for the review and update of the quality plans. -Awareness of regulatory requirement and customer service expectations. -Ensuring activities in the quality plan are carried out. -Coordinating the investigation of customer complaints. -Preparing and analyzing information for the purpose of Management Review. -Designed & developed quality engineering tools including APQP, PPAP, Reliability, Design FMEA, Process FMEA, SPC, QFD, 8D, cost of quality, DOE, Lean production, SQFE, MSA , 5S, corrective action and preventive action.
