Daily Duties at First Financial Asset Management, Inc.:
• Directly involved in the creation and development of a $20 million business. FFAM is a full service Collection and Debt Buying company which services Fortune 500 companies. The growth was primarily achieved through acquisitions and creative business solutions. • Responsible for obtaining various types of financing to meet business needs and growth. Facilitating and maintaining banking relationships throughout the life of the loans. Manage the flow of cash throughout the business cycle, from consumer to the end recipient. Customer base includes Banks, Insurance Companies, and Investment groups. • Generated monthly consolidated financials and various management reports to improve decision making by the executive committee. Responsible for developing financial strategies to increase profits and reduce corporate taxes. • Orchestrated and created flexible deal structures to successfully accomplish profitable mergers and acquisitions. • Conducted all licensing and interaction with State and Federal regulatory agencies. Managed third party audits including financial, compliance and IT. Successfully closed on the purchase of over $1 billion in “Purchase Debt” to include administering and executing legal documents necessary for the settlement of the cash transaction.
