> Managed the day to day Quality Assurance efforts in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements including testing, inspection, scheduling / planning, budgeting, audits (contractual compliance) and change management (specification review). > Supervised the day to day Quality Assurance efforts in support of production for 36 -50 employees, including 9 chemists, at five (5) QA Laboratories (two primary and three satellite QA Labs covering two ATK business locations) on assigned programs. > Provided the initial budget preparation for programs assigned. > Reviewed and approved program bills of materials for nozzle components and raw materials. > Provided cost input for the capital, direct, and in-direct budgets for the Quality Control Laboratory. > Performed all administrative duties within the laboratory (new hires, lay offs, promotions / demotions, disciplinary actions).
