Daily Duties at Turbine Controls Llc:
• Created and managed tool equivalency packages for every unit included in the company's capability list. • Managed databases for all calibrated tools and tool equivalency packages in compliance with FAR part 145. • Designed new special tools and fixtures needed to repair, assemble and disassemble units in compliance with FAA regulations. • Created test sheets for technicians to use based on manuals provided by OEMs including but not limited to Honeywell, UTC, Boeing, EATON and Rockwell Collins. • In charge of verifying that test procedures for all units were performed under suitable conditions and using the appropriate tools using form fit and function criteria. • Created detailed drawings for newly designed tools making proper use of ASME Y14.5 GD&T nomenclature for the technicians to use in manufacturing. • Wrote detailed test plans for technicians to follow and test reports to supervisors.
