Daily Duties at Wells Fargo:

Manage team that reviews Home Equity documents for accuracy, correcting errors as needed before releasing funds. Develop team performance. Manage and complete projects as assigned. Facilitate b-monthly leadership review call, analyze and update performance metrics, execute Defects Analysis based on Six Sigma process, lead Service Excellence efforts to improve loyalty scores.
