Daily Duties at United Nursing Services:

Generate home health referrals from healthcare professionals (physicians, surgeons, ophthalmologists, office managers, case managers, hospitals, social workers, skilled nursing, assisted living and long-term facilities). Coordinate and case manage the care of the patient with his/her family, nurses, PT/OT/ST and patients primary care physician. Other responsibilities include administrative work such as preparing and submitting expense reports, budgets, call notes, ROI, routing and tracking reports, etc.
