Daily Duties at Wm Enterprises:

Served as Program Manager for various Finance-related initiatives including a Brazilian governmental regulatory and compliance change and a global finance reorganization (also referred to as Blueprinting). •Led a global engagement team of approximately 30 individuals to address Brazilian governmental tax and reporting changes, while based in St. Louis, which came in under budget and ahead of schedule by approximately $300,000 and 10 business days. o Developed overall project management methodology and toolkit for use across engagement teams. o Coordinated with Operational, Financial and C-level individuals for project status and management to ensure compliance with changed regulations and project control of scope, cost and timeline. •Served as Program Manager for overall Global Finance Blueprinting effort, including business process re-engineering, organizational restructuring and overall project management of all efforts. o Developed and coordinated a three day Finance Blueprinting workshop with approximately 15 Core Project Team Members to educate and align Blueprinting efforts. o Workshop included defining “World Class Organizations,” developing SWOT analyses for current market and business conditions, developing gap analyses between current state and the defined “World Class” state and coordinating a prioritization effort for business processes to be assessed.
