Collected coin revenue from company owned phones. Maintained, repaired and cleaned pay-phones and all related company equipment. Installed and/or removed pay-phones which included preparation of tools and equipment needed for job, communicated with Account Manager and customer/owner of the property and pre-fielded install by professionally running correct gage phone line from point of demarcation to pay-phone location before installation due date. Organized and maintained pay-phone service routes consisting of more than 400 phones at over 150 locations, planning and communicating with the coin collection and contract management field support team. > Maintained company van, ordering and stocking parts and supplies, all company related tools. Analyzed presented and explained pay-phone contracts prepared by the Account Manager to the customer and following up with customer needs or issues as related to his/her contract.
