Used negotiation skills in Labor Grievances and Informal meetings with Union. Assured over 90 employee PC workstations functioned properly by performing simple diagnostic and repair procedures or consulting with IT personnel. Successfully oversaw office overhead of 120 – 165 employees for five years.
