Daily Duties at Microsoft:
Manager of a 6-12 person team of contract and fulltime employees through multiple releases of Microsoft’s BizTalk Server, Microsoft Solution for Internet Business (MSIB) and needed service packs. Ownership covered setup, migration, administration, SDK and secure deployment scenarios. I directed the overall test effort for owned areas including API, UI and scenario-based tests and I facilitated an outsourced test effort on MSIB for validation of defined enterprise machine and software deployment and configuration scenarios.
