Daily Duties at Microsoft:
Manager of a global team responsible for ensuring the quality of various CRM applications in MSIT. The primary deliverable was the Global Sales Experience (GSX) application, supporting Microsoft’s worldwide enterprise sales force, on which the team worked since its inception. I led the overall quality effort across a team of both contract and fulltime employees in the US and India, including UI, backend platform testing, performance and scale. This resulted in the application achieving one of the highest satisfaction ratings in MSIT with an NSAT rating above 150 and greatly reduced UAT and production deployment issues over the previous implementation.
