Daily Duties at Regional Medical Laboratory:
From October 2010 to October 2014 was the Director over Sales and Marketing, Client Services, Sales Support, Reference testing, and Oklahoma City base (couriers, phlebotomist, processors, and medical technologist with minimal testing). Here I had 3 managers and 65 employees. From 2009 to Jan 2012 I was Director of Business Operations where my responsibilities were to improve the Business Office processes, which included decreasing errors while improving the revenues coming into RML. I had 3 managers and 85 employees
