As part of a progressive management team, I managed three companies - a third party inspection & survey company; an insurance cargo inspection company in Saudi Arabia and the Lloyd’s agency for Saudi Arabia. I planned and executed the transformation of these organizations by relocating the company headquarters, initiating process standardization, modernization of technical capabilities, branding of the company, making customer satisfaction the cornerstone of our processes, growing the business and expanding overseas. As a result, these companies became more policy & process oriented internally and more customer-focused.
