Hired to turn around a declining technology department with significant process issues. Tasked with providing leadership for domestic and international offices and to manage annual budgets of nearly $50M while ensuring the effectiveness of global technology investment decisions. Lead five direct reports with oversight for up to 130 IT staff members including consultants and contractors.
