Daily Duties at Hyland Park:
• Managed 32 staff members and provided orientation and hiring/firing functions • Working knowledge of landlord, resident and safety regulations • Worked with care plans, supporting ADLs and ensuring resident care and satisfaction • Planned, developed, implemented and evaluated the facility's programs and operations • Coordinated events to raise funds for Alzheimer’s research and set up event with multiple health care providers so residents could receive services in-house • Compliance reporting and payroll • Led all staff and resident meetings • Proven ability to enhance and grow resident relations • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • On-call 24/7
