Daily Duties at Our House:
• Responsible for the quality of care for all residents and handling of all resident and family concerns • Analyzing revenue projections and occupancy and growing census • Budgeting and financial analysis of facility financial reports • Marketing and networking with outside referral sources such as Hospital and Rehab personnel 50% of the time • Assure regulatory compliance is met for Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) • Hiring, training, and recruitment processes • Working knowledge of WI RCAC and CBRF regulations and dementia care • Physical plant management • Understand the importance of customer service and first impressions • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • On-call 24/7
